With Social Distancing and successive lockdowns, it seems we’re all experiencing loneliness in 2020 a bit more than usual. For some it’s harrowing to go without daily social contact. For others, alone time is relaxing or productive. It seems to be highly subjective. But what’s the purpose of feeling lonely? And are there dangers to chronic loneliness?
